Gym Buddies:

Is a class designed for parents and child to participation together in while learning about gymnastics in a fun and safe environment. They are learning loco-motor skills, hand-eye coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and social interaction.

 

Pre-School:

This class is designed for the 3-4 years old. At this age, it is very important that the learning process of the basics skills be an enjoyable one, so our goal is to make it fun, while being challenged to excel based on each individual’s ability.

 

Beginners:

The second level of the program builds on the skills that are mastered in the previous level. Strength and flexibility is utilized more as the student learns more advanced skills on all the equipment and develop a true enjoyment of the sport.

 

Beginner Rhythmic:

This class is for the gymnast who only wants to pursue rhythmic gymnastics where they would work on basic tumbling and dance skills while using hand apparatus. ( Rope, Balls, Hoops, Clubs and Ribbons )

 

Advanced:

At this level the children will be introduced to combinations of skills on all the events. Also the strength and flexibility levels will increase. Groups of skills will begin to come together. The ability to focus and understand the techniques as well as the safety factors involved are the most important aspects of all classes.

 

Combo:

We are very proud of this class! It is a combination of rhythmic gymnastics and artistic gymnastics, which gives the child  the opportunity of learning in the same time the grace of rhythmic and the strength of the artistic.

 

Competitive Cheerleading:
This class is for those wanting basic cheerleading experience or for those with experience looking to perfect their skills. Cheerleaders work on cheers, dances, stunting, jumps, and basic tumbling including a back handspring. Cheerleaders are required to try-out to compete, however, anyone may be on the team.
